I recently had a great stay at a lovely apartment in a quiet village. the owners were very friendly and gave us a card we could use on local public transport for free. It was great as a hub to visit the surrounding areas and go mountain biking. the apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed.
My only issue was that there were two sofa beds instead of a double bed and a sofa bed. we were able to modify the mattresses to make it more comfortable.

The apartment we stayed in was clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful and gave us a free activity card that we used to explore the area. The small village where we stayed was quiet, which was a nice change of pace for the Christmas holiday.
There were a couple of things that we didn't enjoy. the bed situation was not ideal.

The noise from the nearby church during the night was a bit bothersome, requiring us to close the windows.
